Cancellations Policy

Cancellation notice must be given four weeks prior to arrival date to qualify for a refund (less a 5% surcharge); otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. 15% amenities charge, 10%% Bahamas hotel tax and 4% resort levy added to room. (15% amenities charge includes: Use of: snorkeling equipment, kayak, transportation to and from Hope Town if necessary, docking for rental boat, local telephone calls, small beach coolers, towels.) European Plan (EP) does not include meals or gratuities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available daily a la carte.
